This Week's Guests:

Out of the 66 journalists killed worldwide in 2011, 10 were killed in Pakistan alone. Based on these statistics, Reporters without Borders have deemed Pakistan the most dangerous country in the world for journalists. The Pakistani government and intelligence have turned a blind eye to this problem making it impossible for journalists to get protection from the high command. Reporters are constantly hounded by political, civil and human rights violations.

Join our host Rehman Tungekar as we discuss the perils of practicing journalism in Pakistan. Our guests this week are, Mahboob Ali, a correspondent for the Geo TV network and Aneela Khalid Khan, a correspondent for Mashaal Radio, which is a Pashto broadcasting channel of Radio Free Europe / Radio Liberty.
