Morris receives visa after pressure from press organizationsPosted Jul 28 2010
After denying Hollman Morris, an independent Colombian journalist, a U.S. visa, the U.S. State Department received pressure from International Press Institute and other international organizations. On July 27, the State Department reversed its decision. Morris can now travel to Harvard and begin his Nieman Foundation fellowship.
